The Founder
Dr. Hans Niedermaier (1913–2003)
A pharmacist by training and a visionary by nature, Dr. Hans Niedermaier spent his career pursuing a singular question: how can we help the body help itself?
His answer came through fermentation — not the simple kind found in yogurt or wine, but a complex, multi-stage process that he refined over decades. Each stage of his cascade fermentation unlocked new layers of bioactive compounds from organic fruits, nuts, and vegetables.

Today, his granddaughter Dr. Cordula Niedermaier-May continues this legacy as CEO, bringing Floradyle Essence to a global audience while preserving the craft and precision of the original process.
